Privacy and Security Policy
It is our policy to keep information you give us in confidence. Personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information are not shared with other companies, except with our credit card gateway partner to process your online order.
You can buy software online at the Gracion store with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway routes your information through the credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
For additional information regarding the privacy of your sensitive cardholder data, please read the Authorize.Net Privacy Policy. Gracion Software is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.
If you prefer, we can process your transaction by phone or mail. Call us at +1 (541) 488-3488 during our business hours (Pacific time) or mail your order to Gracion Software LLC, 1257 Tolman Creek Road, Ashland OR 97520.
To help avoid fraud, we require your card billing address and Security Code (CSC), which are verified via Authorize.Net. After the sale, Gracion retains the information you provide, except card expiration date and CSC, and only retains the last 4 digits of your card number.
At Gracion, your personal information is stored on Macintosh computers with firewalls and other security software. Encryption is used to protect your information both in transit and in storage. Your information is available only to authorized company personnel. Your information is used internally by us for customer service, and to measure sales by geography, source, and type of customer.
We feel that your email account should be protected from unsolicited mail. We send email only to customers who have given us their email address, and keep such mail to a minimum, when we have news we feel our customers might like to see. Prospective customers may request announcement email on an "opt-in" basis (for example, by explicitly registering with one of our email lists). It is our normal practice never to send email if you have not opted-in. However, we reserve the right to contact you, if you have supplied your email address on our order form or contact page. If you do not wish to be contacted under any circumstances (such as a security warning about our software), please contact us.
When viewing our web pages, our web server records the IP address you connected from, the pages viewed, type of browser, and referring web page. This information is used internally to improve our products and services, and to investigate inappropriate use of our site. Cookies are not currently used on our site.
If you do not wish to share personal information with us, do not order our software. If you do not wish your viewing of our web pages recorded, do not view them.
