• A description of what steps you take to trigger the issue, the exact behavior that results, and any error messages.
   
• Please send a report from DigiTunnel Plumber (download this tool from the DigiTunnel web page).
   
• DigiTunnel 1.0 only: Copy the Connection Log text from Internet Connect (Windows menu). For authentication/login problems, selecting Verbose Logging in DigiTunnel preferences gives more detail.
